How is the spiritual manifesting in your world and why do you feel like you’re jumping out of your skin?
You are bringing a new frequency into your own life, focusing on the spiritual rather than the material world. It is all about frequency. You are releasing the past and learning how to stay centered in the present, thus ushering in a new energy frequency that can help the earth, its people and all living things to evolve to a new dimensional level. As the energy intensifies, you may sense that time is somehow speeding up. You may feel restless, unable to sleep at times and compelled to accomplish more. The thing to do is to be grounded and present in your physical body. Getting enough rest, healthy foods and exercise can alleviate stress. It isn’t that you have to do more; it is that you have to be ready and willing to receive what is coming. If you happen to feel like you are sitting on the sidelines, unable to bring your unique gifts to the world, know that this is an illusion. You are not waiting; you are in transition.
1. Center yourself and see yourself as a pillar of light, aligning with your I- Am God Presence.
2. Believe that you are doing and receiving what is truly yours, no matter what is happening around you.
3. Be willing to trust yourself, your instincts and intuition.
4. Do not be swayed by others’ opinions or affected by negative energy. Speak your truth in a firm but compassionate way.
5. Stop waiting for change and become change. If you are unhappy with your life, start by writing down a list of what you want. Go down your list and ask yourself, do I really want this? Then write out a new list. Turn your list of wishes into concrete statements of intention. For example, if you want to get into shape, you might write: I now exercise at least 3 times a week. Then take small steps to achieve your goal. Take a long walk, walk up a flight of steps instead of taking an elevator, do some simple stretches or take an exercise class. Note on your calendar that you have followed through and continue exploring ways to achieve your plan.
6. Creating becomes organic. Once you know what you want, you can draw it to yourself by focusing your thoughts and your energy. Be sure to raise the energy with laughter and fun. If you feel blocked, examine the thoughts you are thinking. Are you worrying, putting pressure on yourself or trying to force a situation, instead of allowing it to happen?

The world is obsessed with the concept of love. It is idealized in music, literature, film, theater, and mainstream medi a. How does one find love, nurture it and contain it for all eternity? Only a few profess to know the secrets of love. In fact, aside from money, love has become a commodity with supernatural power to bestow happiness. So it seems rather simplistic to say that L OVE is available at all times—just like air and water. In fact, love cannot be created or destroyed. It cuts through dimensional frequency bands. It cuts through human emotions such as fear, anger, hatred, and greed. And it heals the wounds of duality and division on the planet.
To begin to experience LOVE as a frequency, center yourself by stilling the mind as best you can. Listen to the sound of your breath. Feel your feet and the weight of your body. Allow the part of you that knows you are connected to God-Source reveal the highest in you. This may come as a thought or a feeling of inner peace and security. As you reach for the highest, an opening is created. The veil is lifted. You begin to vibrate with your own divinity and radiate the frequency of LOVE. There has never been a better time than now to open to the magnificence of your angelic identity. Your I-AM Presence awaits you.
Only when the frequency of LOVE becomes active within the self can it expand to others. Many people make the mistake of assuming that they must give of themselves first without acknowledging their own needs. This creates guilt and anger. It does not create the required frequency link to God-Source. That is not to say one must think only of oneself. Service based on unconditional love is the highest calling.
When the relationship of you to God-Source is established, this sets off a chain reaction that will radiate out to others as a natural evolution of the universal principle. One can create imbalances in life by either putting the focus solely on their own needs or solely on othe rs without linking up to the Source of all, the One. The Divine Christos, available to all, no matter what religious affiliation or beliefs, allows angelic humans to link together for the good of all. During times of crisis, aligning oneself to the frequency of LOVE activates a chain reaction around the globe, creating a shield of strength and support to protect humanity.
How can I not freak out when my world seems to be falling apart?

During this chaotic period on the planet, with an economic crisis and earth changes, many are losing their homes and jobs, and many loved ones are passing over. When everything seems to be crumbling around you, the tendency is to panic and hold on to outworn belief systems. It is easy to revert to the race-mind mentality, which is perpetuated by fear and illusionary thinking. Trying to delude oneself by forcing a smile or trying to have a positive mental attitude does not always work, when below the surface are negative emotions that need to be processed.
Acknowledging the presence of fear in oneself dissolves the grip of illusion and allows one to go deeper into the Self, where true peace and security reside. The eternal Spirit lives within, the spark of God-Source, the flame of divine fire can never be destroyed. It is here that the true source of power lies for each of you. The more you recognize your true divinity, the more you will ground the higher frequencies on the planet. Amazing changes are possible that will shift the balance of power in the world. Activating this change is why you are here at this time.

All that you thought you knew is changing. The purpose and direction of your life may change for many. Literally time seems faster because the restrictions placed on earth are loosening, freeing you from a purely physical existence— opening up your ability to experience multi-dimensional realities.
